  1. Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.

We accept returns for both:

  • Defective products
  • Non-defective products

We also accept exchanges within the same 30-day period.

  1. Eligible Product Condition

Returned items may be in new or slightly used condition.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must not be:

  • intentionally damaged
  • heavily used beyond normal inspection or light use
  • missing essential parts not caused by our error

Returns and exchanges are handled by mail.

Please contact us first before sending any item back. After your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you:

  • a free downloadable return label
  • return instructions
  • the correct return address for your approved return

Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or denied.

  • Restocking fee: No cost

You will not be charged a restocking fee for approved returns or exchanges.

  • Email address used at checkout
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  1. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items:

If your return is approved because the item arrived defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, we will refund the full eligible amount.

For non-defective returns:

If your return is approved for a non-defective item, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item to the original payment method. Any original shipping charges paid at checkout, if applicable, are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund after it has been processed by us.

  1. Exchanges

If you request an exchange within the 30-day return window, we will process the exchange after the return is approved.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • a refund to the original payment method, or
  • another reasonable solution approved by you
  1. Non-Eligible Returns

We may deny returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • the request is made more than 30 days after delivery
  • the item has been intentionally damaged or excessively used
  • the item is missing key parts for reasons not caused by us
  • the item is sent back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions

Return Policy

RETURN

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
