Where's My Order?
We know the wait is the hardest part. Here is everything you need to track your La Sonata order from the moment it leaves our facility until it arrives at your door.
Three Simple Steps
- Look in your email. The instant your order ships, we send a confirmation message to the address used at checkout. Inside, you will find your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
- Open the tracking link. The link opens your carrier's tracking page, showing the latest status and the estimated delivery date for your package.
- No email yet? Take a look in your spam or promotions folder. If your order is still very recent, the item may still be in production — see the timeline below.
When Tracking Becomes Available
Because every La Sonata piece is made to order, tracking is generated only after production wraps up and the package leaves our facility.
Production & processing: 2 – 5 business days
Shipping in transit: 3 – 8 business days
Total estimated delivery: 5 – 13 business days
Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation for the carrier to scan the package — until that first scan, tracking may simply read "label created."
Reading Your Tracking Status
When to Get in Touch
Please reach out to our support team if any of the following happens:
- More than 5 business days have passed since your order and no shipping confirmation has arrived.
- Tracking shows no movement for 7 or more business days.
- Tracking shows "delivered," but the package is nowhere to be found (please also check around your home and with neighbors first).
