About Our Products

How are La Sonata products made?

Every item we sell is made to order. After your order is placed, your piece is individually produced by our U.S.-based print and fulfillment partners. This made-to-order approach lets us offer a wide range of nature-inspired designs while reducing the waste that comes with overproduction.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because production begins shortly after checkout, change or cancellation requests must reach us within 12 hours of placing the order. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. After production starts, we can no longer modify or cancel the order — though it remains eligible for return once delivered.

Will the item look exactly like the photos?

Product photos are illustrative. Because every piece is produced individually, small variations in color, print placement, and finish can occur and are normal for made-to-order items. Colors may also display differently depending on your screen.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?

Production runs 2 to 5 business days, and shipping transit adds another 3 to 8 business days, for a total estimated delivery of 5 to 13 business days. These are estimates and may shift during busy seasons or because of carrier delays.

Where do you ship?

At this time, La Sonata ships within the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on the items in your cart and your destination. The exact amount is shown at checkout before payment, so there are no surprises. Any free-shipping promotions and their conditions are clearly stated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link. Full details live on our Order Tracking page. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipping for tracking to start updating.

The tracking says delivered, but I didn't receive my package — what now?

First, look around the property and ask any neighbors who may have accepted it, and give it 24 hours, as carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered early. If it still has not turned up, reach out to us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to sort it out.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Full conditions live in our Return & Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

We are sorry — we will make it right at no cost to you. Send us a note within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. For approved claims you can choose a free replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping you paid.

What if I just change my mind?

You may still return your item within the 30-day window provided it is unused and in original condition. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping and the original shipping fee is not refundable.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Are any items not returnable?

Yes — items returned after 30 days, items that have been used or washed, personalized or custom-text pieces (unless defective or incorrect), and items marked Final Sale or Clearance.

We accept major credit and debit cards along with the secure payment options shown at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and full card numbers are not stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
